Design Statement.

To revitalize the historical identity of Sydney and inspire the awareness and development of sustainable energy. Waves History Centre will serve as an educational civic space, connecting spiritual and physical world, bring continuously recording and knowledge transfer. It will focus on exploring and sharing local history to enhance the community's sense of cultural belonging, support the development of local cultural industry and affect more groups. In addition, based on the historical identity of WBPS, It will inherit and maintain thinking ahead and planning for the future by promoting the use of sustainable energy and explore the future relationship between cities and energy.

The proposal will create a series of interactive spatial experiences and progress through five stages: origin, research, exploration, experience and reflection, to explore the history of Wangal land, and discuss the future relationship between energy and the city.
