The second space is library which provides a knowledge bank for the community, collecting, organising, preserving and disseminating knowledge of local history and energy. Meeting rooms are provided to allow various groups to work or discuss within, enhancing mind communication and supporting the development of local cultural and creative industries,by installing switchable glass door, offering a privacy solution. In  the book collecting area. The lifting bookshelf promoted accessibility to all members of the community. And there also has an acoustic space helps to expand reach and meet the community demand through the use of technology, the long pipes, inspired by indigenous music cultures and instruments, are arranged in a regular pattern of sound waves, offering different heights to ensure an equal experience for different age groups, bluetooth headphone increased flexibility. The lifting ceiling and the projector on the top aims to enrich the possibility of the space.
